Ah, the days of twin lenses, 120 roll film and the perilous parallax!
Posting after a long long time
I love this image for so many reasons. I hope I did it justice.Thank you, as always, for the prompting.
Thanks Tess- I am rather gloomy today....
i was wondering if its a boy or gal in the pic..had weird time deciding gender of the person
Happy writing my friends...
I recently saw a piece on her and her photography. It makes this an even more interesting prompt. Thanks!
I recently saw the documentary "Finding Vivian Maier"...fascinating...I'm currently obsessed with her photos...
Another great week. I am a little upset because my muse is giving me a hard time. Lol! I tried and that's what counts. Looking forward to other writes. <3
Hi am participating for the first time.Found a striking photo prompt and enjoyed writing Thank You.
MIne is up at: http://purplepeninportland.wordpress.com/2014/10/13/all-of-me/
Brought up some interesting concepts. The poem I want to write for this needs a better poet. I can't do it justice, but I got the building blocks roughly in place. Must. Do. More.
I began with the first Magpie for several years, but for various reasons (work, mainly) haven't participated for many many months. Here is one I just wrote tonight for an autumn photo I took yesterday. I like it with this Magpie!
Oh my gosh I'm in the wrong week and wrong link ... How do I delete my miss pie link??
Been idle for many months...trying to write again. Thanks for the prompt.
Though I certainly like the prompt, it was not easy...must be nearing November? And still toasty-warm in Naples FL. Anyway, I feel like I built a child's playhouse with this poem, i.e., no paint, no lumber, actually a fairly rough-edged story, flimsy at best. (sigh) BUT IT WAS FUN!!!!!!
And there's mine :) It took me a minute to figure out that the reflection to the right of frame was the same person, had to do a rewrite, lol.
Cool image. Thanks.=)
I keep studying this photo. There is something quite mesmerizing about it.
Thought I'd give it a try for a change of venue today. All kinds of thoughts came to mind..will read and respond this evening, thank you.
So many ways to take this photo....love this one Tess! :-)

I love this one, it seized me by my "many worlds" daydreams.
This is just the kind of image I shoot pretty much daily! Great photo!
Thanks for the great pic! I have a different take on this :)
